343 Industries announces that Halo Infinite will be available for the 20th anniversary of the saga.
Creative director Joseph Staten of studio 343 Industries is transparent with fans of the license, the new installment of the adventures of Spartan John-117 will take its time to hit the shelves, but this is genuinely necessary to qualify as the greatest Halo ever: “ I joined the team as they struggled with the reactions to the infamous demo last July. Our discussion came down to one basic truth … we needed more time to get it right. So we have to make an effort to give the team time to recharge during the holidays and then come back in January to finish the game at a healthy pace. Because Halo Infinite in the fall of 2021 … is just the start of the adventure (…) We are not making this game for us. We do it for you. The team understands that wonder and freedom are the keys to the Halo experience. It is the Halo that we imagined in 2000, which finally came to life, after 20 years of technical and creative innovations (…) In truth, Halo Infinite is a world in which I love to spend time and in which I am delighted to return, both as a designer and as a player. On behalf of the whole team, I thank you for your patience and your passion. We can’t wait for you to join us. ”
As 343 Day draws to a close, we’re excited to offer a closer look at Halo Infinite development and share our updated launch window of Fall 2021.

The main concern behind this new speech is the possibility of having to witness an incomplete launch in the coming months with several parties so that the developers of 343 Industries can progress little by little in the revision of the graphic aspects of Halo Infinite .

Created by Oscar-winning director Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit, Thor, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, The Mandalorian), the short film Lucy Odyssey fuses the worlds of the arts, science and video game to bring to life the dreams of gamer Krystal Holmes (MoonLiteWolf) after trying out the new console from Microsoft : “ This adventure presents the process of research, the unfathomable depth of detailed and sublime dreams of MoonLiteWolf and questions our perception of a character known to Xbox fans. MoonLiteWolf plays his own part and the narration is taken from the actual audio recordings made during his dream study. ”
As a reminder, Halo Infinite will be available on Xbox Game Pass from the day of its release and will be playable on Xbox Series X , Xbox Series S, Xbox One and PC (Steam and Microsoft Store).
